Technology innovation continues to disrupt business at breakneck speeds and State Fish and Wildlife Agencies are not immune to the changing ways they interact with their Customers.
Unfortunately few agencies have in-house technical capabilities and most have even fewer resources to meet the growing technology innovation demands of their Customers.
This critical workshop provides agency leadership and staff with a solid introduction to this technology revolution. Attendees will leave with actionable recommendations to leverage their limited resources to adopt key technology changes that benefit their Customers.

Building an Agency Technology Roadmap
As Yogi Berra once said so eloquently, “If you don’t know where you are going, you might not get there.”
A good map is required for any important journey. Without one, even the most competent navigator can get lost in the forest and confused by the noise.
Day 2 of this workshop will focus on identifying the steps required to catalogue existing and required technologies to begin building a Technology Roadmap for the agency of the future.
The workshop is designed for agency leadership senior managers responsible for designing and delivering Customer facing products and services.
Attendees should include Agency Directors and their chiefs, plus IT, Legal, Law Enforcement and Finance leadership. Directors may wish to include select Commissioners as well.
